RICHLAND INNOVATION CENTER

The Richland Innovation Center is within a State of Washington Innovation Zone and is being developed into a high end commercial/mixed use research park. WSU Tri-Cities, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Solaris Group and the Port of Benton are working together on this project to bring research and development to north Richland.

Location: North Richland between George Washington Way to the east and Stevens Drive to the west. Bordered on the north by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and to the south by Stevens Center University Property Development.

Transportation: George Washington Way and Stevens Drive provide direct access to the site with I-82 approximately five miles south. Airport services are within one mile of the site; barge service is available within one mile via the Columbia-Snake River system, and rail facilities are available across Stevens Drive.

Utilities: Water, sewer and electrical services are provided by the City of Richland. Fiber optics and natural gas lines are also available to all sites.

Comments: Building sites are available for lease. Due to the varying condition of the facilities, leasing terms for these facilities are flexible.
